Requirement intake
Send CoreSpan Sourcing a building requirement
The form is the contact path. CoreSpan Sourcing has no published street address, telephone, or social account in the site record, so those fields are not invented here. A reply uses the work email you submit. The desk may ask follow-up questions before approaching suppliers; no response-time commitment is published.
How a brief is handled
Inquiry route
Use the form on this page. There is no public office address to visit and no storefront map. Project destination belongs in the requirement text, because that is the building site, not our office.
Reply path
Write a work email and a company name. The desk replies to that email. A phone number is optional. No public phone is listed because none is on file.
Review window
The desk reviews missing specification and scope lines before supplier matching. Include wind speed, ground snow load, quantity, destination, and whether you want shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey scope. Optional budget may be per building or whole project.
Social accounts are not listed. Do not send drawings through a channel that is not on this page. If a file is essential, describe it in the requirement text and the reply email can arrange the next step. The desk will not invent a map pin for a city it does not publish.

Steps 1 and 2 are the notes to place in the requirement field. This form is one submission, not three separate uploads. Budget and supplier preference are added to that field when the browser sends the form. They are not new server fields.
