CoreSpan Sourcing terms of service
These terms cover use of the CoreSpan Sourcing website and the inquiry form at /service/feedback.act. They are a service description for business visitors. They are not a construction contract, a design agreement, or a supply agreement for a building.
What the desk does
CoreSpan Sourcing is an independent sourcing service. A visitor may submit a building use, dimensions, design loads, quantity, destination, timing, an optional budget, and a supplier preference. The desk may organize that text and ask factories for quotations on the written scope. A submission does not create an order, reserve a production slot, or set a price.
The desk does not fabricate primary frames, secondary framing, panels, or modules. It does not claim a plant, a builder appointment, or an affiliation with any brand a visitor typed into a search engine. Catalog cards are inquiry labels. An empty image or a text card is not evidence of stock.
What a quotation is not
Any figure that later arrives from a supplier belongs to that supplier and applies only after you and that supplier confirm the system, the jurisdiction, and the scope column. Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey descriptions are not interchangeable. Freight, tax, foundation, utilities, and erection stay out of a frame price unless the supplier writes them in. An optional budget you type is a planning note. It is not a counter-offer and not a verified grade of a factory.
Code names such as IBC, IRC, HUD Code, ASCE 7, AISC 360, AWS D1.1, IAS AC472, and ISO 9001 may appear as items to request. Their appearance on this website does not mean the desk, or an unnamed supplier, holds an approval. The authority having jurisdiction and the licensed professionals on the project decide compliance.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you send is information you have the right to share, and that project decisions remain with you and with the architect, structural engineer, and contractor you appoint. You will not treat a note on the blog, a comparison table, or a sample scenario as a record of a completed building or as a measured saving. Sample dimensions on the site are illustrations of how to write a brief.
You will not use the form to request unlawful work, to impersonate another company, or to ask the desk to state that it is a brand you searched. The desk may decline a brief that lacks a business use, that asks for a fake credential, or that asks for original-brand goods the desk does not supply.
Site content and liability limit
Page text can be updated when a checklist changes. Technical descriptions are general procurement checks, not instructions to weld, lift, or found a building. Crane lift plans, transport permits, and soil reports are project documents the relevant party must produce. To the extent the law allows, CoreSpan Sourcing is not liable for a supplier's late reply, a difference between two quotations, a permit denial, or a site condition that was not in the brief.
The website may link to a note or an external share target. An external page is not under these terms. If a page on this site cannot be opened, the error screen explains how to return to the form. It does not mean a building was removed from inventory.
Contact through the form
Questions about these terms can be sent through the requirement form with the words "terms question" in the text. No street address is published because none is on file. The form is the notice path. These terms apply from the date you submit a brief or continue to browse the public pages.
