CoreSpan Sourcing privacy policy
This policy describes how CoreSpan Sourcing handles information typed into the inquiry form. It covers name, work email, phone if you add one, company, and the requirement text, including any budget or supplier preference that the browser appends to that text at send time. It does not describe a consumer store account, because this site does not open one.
What you submit
Product interest, currency, budget basis and supplier preference are included within your procurement requirement rather than submitted as separate account details. When JavaScript runs, the browser adds those notes to the content payload for that submit only. The textarea on the page is not rewritten, so a later visit does not show an old summary inside the box. If JavaScript is off, you type those notes yourself in the requirement field.
Please do not put government identity numbers, payment card numbers, or medical details in the brief. A building inquiry needs project facts: use, dimensions, loads, jurisdiction, quantity, destination, and scope. Extra personal data is not required to ask for a quotation.
Why the text is used
The desk uses the submission to understand the building request, to ask you for missing lines, and to request quotations from factories relevant to that brief. Work email is the reply path. Phone is used only if you provided it and a written reply is not enough for a scheduling question. Company name helps keep two briefs apart. The desk does not sell the brief as a marketing list and does not publish your project on the website.
A supplier who receives a forwarded question sees the technical content needed to quote. You can state in the form if a factory name must stay confidential until you approve the introduction. The desk cannot control how a supplier stores a message after that supplier receives it. Ask that supplier for its own notice.
How long and where
Inquiry text is kept while the brief is active and for a limited follow-up period needed to answer you and to keep a record of what was asked. This policy does not name a street address or a server city, because the site record does not publish one. Hosting and mail providers process the transmission as part of delivering the form. Their role is carriage, not a right to use the brief for their own building sales.
Choices
You may ask for a copy of the brief you sent, a correction, or deletion of a brief that is not needed for an open quotation or a legal record. Send that request through the same form with the words "privacy request" and the email you used before. The desk will match the request to the earlier message. A request to delete does not undo a quotation a supplier already issued to you under a separate exchange.
The site uses a browser storage key to remember when the sourcing-benefit notice was shown and session keys if you close the popup or hide the notice bar. The first-show date limits the display window to seven days. That storage is not the building brief. It does not contain your email. You can clear it in the browser.
Children and changes
The desk is for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and briefs should come from people acting for a company or a project. If this policy changes, the updated text will appear on this page. Continued use of the form after an update means you send new briefs under the updated text. Older briefs stay under the text that applied when you sent them, except where a legal duty requires otherwise.
